1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund on the
retainer fee
if we do not meet the agreed-upon number of leads generated as specified in our contract. This refund policy applies only to the retainer fee paid for our services and does not cover any ad spend.
2. Ad Spend
Ad spend is a separate cost from our retainer and is paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g., Facebook, Google, etc.). Since we do not control the ad platforms’ performance,
ad spend costs are non-refundable

3. Claiming a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund on the retainer due to unmet lead targets, please follow these steps:

•Review Process:
We will review the campaign performance against the agreed lead targets and discuss any factors that may have affected the outcome.
•Approval and Processing:
If your refund is approved, the retainer refund will be processed within 30 days and credited back to your original payment method.

This refund policy does not cover situations where:
•The agreed-upon lead targets were met.
•The lead quality or conversion rates do not meet expectations, as our service guarantees lead generation, not conversions.
•Delays or issues were caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to platform downtime, changes in platform policies, or incomplete information provided by the client.
